S52 Series Centrifuge Rotor Recycling Machine

Application

• This machine is machinery centrifuge drying recycling equipment. Apply for recycling old colophony sand and water glass sand in cast workshop.
• Working principle, old sand fall into column district formed by rotary sand disk rotate in high speed under gravity since enter from feeding exit. It crush with impellor in sand tray, it moves post under the centrifugal force and thrown out from the top of impellor in high speed from tangential direction. Thrown sand crashes with lining ring intensively so the lazy film in sand surface falls off and discharged out of the machine with ashes. So old sand recycled.
