The way of dust removing employed by this machine is one of the dry dust removing methods. When the dust go es into the bottom of box through windpipe, it accumulates on the exterior of filter bag after being filtered by the filter bag. The pure air goes through the filter bag into the chambers of the box, and accumulates on the exit of double-layer windpipe then is discharged. Due to the continuous dust removing, the dust will accumulate on the surface of bag and obstruct its discharge of dust. So the operator should start the revers blower and relevant transmission organs to clear up each filter by inflating the filter bags quickly. After several times, it will automaticall stop under the control of timing relay. The dust shaked off from the filter bags will fall on the dust collector for discharge. |
